  Beginning of Listing Period:
  Input listing into MLS within 24 hours
Notify office Realtors of new listing via voice mail, email, and mailbox
Install sign in yard
Place lockbox on door
Reverse Prospect within the MLS
Create colorful and detailed feature sheets Hold “Broker Tour” for area Realtors Hold “Open House” for general Public
   
  During the Listing Process:
  Call Realtors for Client feedback
Show property to clients and interested customers
Continue with Print and Internet Advertising
Broker Tours & Open Houses as needed
Send reports of advertising, web activity and feedback
Present, negotiate and counsel all offers
