Wheaton Housing Market: December Home Sales Up From 2011" By Lauren Williamson/with information provided by The Mainstreet Organization of Realtors

Wheaton's housing market grows 70 percent in December 2012 from December 2011. Overall across the Chicago suburbs, sales of single-family detached homes rose 44.6 percent in October over the same month in 2011, according to the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe).

The 34 detached, single-family homes sold in Wheaton during December represented a 70 percent increase over December 2011, according to the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe).
