Busy in Kane

Another on a near 600k listing of mine has resulted in two showings, thus far, for the weekend. And, yet another, has brought forth a showing by me for a 650k new construction listing of my own and ...the good posibility that, ( even if this is not the property for them) they will be working with me as clients until we find them, not just a house, but a home. Now.... to get to work on the listing contract and marketing materials for a 350k condo to be listed on St. Patty's Day. Can I go to work for you, too?
